  • Follow up after your appointment with your provider to discuss any questions.

I will help you implement interventions for self care and become your own advocate for your health. 

  1. First Taking a full health history audit. 

  2. Giving you the tools for self care for your life, and interventions for giving yourself the best care possible. 

  3. Helping you discover ways to nurture and nourish yourself through mindfulness, personal self care. 

  4. Discovering where you can add self care into your life.

Is it difficult to make decisions, do you feel overwhelmed most days?

  1. Taking an energy audit, what are you giving your energy to now and how can we shift this. 

  2. Release things that you don’t need to be focusing on and find more satisfaction. 

  3. Creating steps for you to become aligned with those goals and move forward with a great sense of purpose and satisfaction in your life.
